Mobile devices field testing is critical for the success of any handset launched in the market, as it is a key indicator of its performance, software quality and stability. We use proven testing methods to validate 2G, 3G, and 4G mobile devices in live networks. Testing is needed to be done in the various operator’s commercial networks. We can provide global field testing with test reports and maturity statements. Our end-to-end services include executing customized R&D test plans and operator-specific field testing in various markets. We have field engineers located throughout the world, who can write test case as per the requirement and run those in the required markets.

We have experience with multiple mobile platforms and operators to support flashing, logging, troubleshooting, reporting and real time defect management. We have experience from testing products with the latest technological innovations, including VoLTE and VoWIFI, in various locations. Our teams have tested products running on Android, iOS, BBOS, Symbian and Windows Phone Operating Systems, and with the latest and most used applications.

Our field test team executes mobile devices field testing in the designated market, our tests are divided into Stationary and Mobility testing:

Stationary

Stationary test-cases are executed in defined locations, they unsure that the mobile device behaves according to operator and country specifications.

Mobility

Mobility test-cases are run in mobile testing vehicles. Mobility testing covers different network protocols. It measures the device’s data download and upload capabilities, the call functionality and success rate, on a predefined route. Handovers, performances in weak field conditions, as well as in varying strengths, are also tested within the scope on mobility testing.
